When will my order ship?

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays.

Carrier transit time begins after your order has been dispatched and is separate from the processing period.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once the carrier has accepted your package. Tracking activity may take a short time to appear after the number is issued.

Can I update my shipping address?

Address-change requests must be submitted by 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the same day the order is placed. Please email support@getporvella.com with your order details and the corrected address.

We will review the request, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.

Can I ship somewhere other than my billing address?

Yes. You may enter a separate delivery address during checkout. Please review the recipient name, street address, city, state, and postal code carefully before submitting the order.

How is my order shipped?

Standard ground orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. Carrier conditions, severe weather, holidays, destination access, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit. We do not guarantee a specific arrival date or time.
